When to Visit
The landscape is lush and the crowds are minimal. Excellent birding, dramatic skies, and some of our best photography conditions. Rates are at their most accessible.
The ideal balance of good weather, excellent wildlife sightings, and competitive rates. The Ngorongoro Crater is at its best in June and July — clear days, great predator action.
Peak dry season coincides with the Great Migration crossing. The best time for game drives and the busiest period — book well in advance to secure your preferred room.
