We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to prepare daily menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and help maintain the high standards of hospitality that Njia Panda is known for. Experience in both local Tanzanian cuisine and international dishes is an advantage.

The Lodge Host is the face of Njia Panda — the first smile guests see on arrival and the person who ensures every detail of their stay is attended to. You will coordinate room assignments, manage guest expectations, arrange activity bookings, and handle all in-lodge guest communication. Fluency in English and Swahili is essential.

We are seeking a professional and passionate guide with extensive knowledge of Northern Tanzania's wildlife and ecosystems. You will lead game drives to the Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, and the Serengeti, as well as guided forest walks, birding sessions, and cultural visits from the lodge. A Tanzania National Parks guiding licence is required.

Our Room Attendants are the quiet backbone of the lodge — ensuring every room, tent, and common area is immaculate, welcoming, and perfectly prepared for each guest's arrival. A keen eye for detail, a warm and respectful manner, and a genuine pride in your work are the most important qualities we are looking for.

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of lodge infrastructure — plumbing, electrical systems, solar equipment, vehicles, and general property upkeep. Experience with solar power systems and generator maintenance is a significant advantage. The role also involves supporting the sustainability initiatives of the lodge.
